My icy hands are finally growing accustomed to this weather. Harsh winters are so common on the East coast that by March, you honestly wonder when it will end already.
Azure Ray has become the highlight of my life. Their intricate beats and funky rhythms are unlike any other band I've known. (Listen, listen, listen!)
A band composed of two girls, I wake up and go to bed with their music, with the exception of holiday music. Yet my cold and strep throat impairs me from singing, so as I was belting "Jingle Bell Rock" with my little brother this morning, well...I sounded a bit short of disgusting.
I made a pot of Chamomile tea this afternoon, and as I was reading the little tin of tea, it said,
"Reward yourself. Drink in the rich, golden aroma of Chamomile, hand-picked for perfection."I sat thinking to myself, how can something taste golden?
Today is the first day I have ever tried Chamomile tea. I assure you, it most definitely tastes golden.
I think it's time to eat some of the peanut butter brownies I made yesterday, and then complete my History work. I am beyond excited to read more of Brave New World.
Joyful Saturday wishes to all.
